From moment I walked in I was made to feel so welcome, young Chloe the salon junior was just so nice and chatty. It's taken me years to pluck up the courage to go to a salon and have my long black hair chopped off to having foils too. Hannah put me at ease straight away and we decided on colours together, Hannah is a fantastic stylist and we chatted the whole time and she was genuinely interested in my life story (just as well lol) my experience was that good that Hannah will now be my stylist for the rest of my life and my next appointment is in 8 weeks and can't wait. Their customer service is world class and not just saying it as I've worked in lots of shops etc, and their coffee is amazing and the presentation of it, this Salon should have a huge gold star above their door ?❤️?‍♀️
