1302 Hair Design

I haven’t been to a hair dressers in years before seeing Pamela at 1302 and I was incredibly anxious about it, to the point I was just going to cancel the appointment but after receiving a courtesy call from Lynne who not only listened to my worries, she phoned me back with a solution to ease some of my anxiety by moving my appointment to a time where the salon would be less busy. I felt so much better about going in for my appointment! From walking through the door I felt welcome! The staff were incredibly friendly and kind! Pamela was fantastic with me. She was patient and reassuring and before I knew it I was walking out the door with a fantastic hair cut and a huge smile with no anxiety at all! I cannot praise the team highly enough! What is probably just the normal way they treat the people in the salon was so much more to me and I can’t thank them enough!
