Today was a historical moment for me! It's been a while since I've had any waxing. Money being a big factor and body conscious to the extreme! So it's been a razor for many years.

From the moment I booked to the moment I walked out I was made to feel relaxed and important.

Ruta my therapist was welcoming and friendly and I was immediately able to tell her my worries and concerns.

She immediately put me at ease, we talked through what she was going to do and how I felt and every step of the way she checked on my anxieties, made sure I was comfortable and took the time to make me feel at ease. Throughout the treatments she explained what she was doing and how long left etc.

I must say, although waxing is never going to be the most comfortable of things, Ruta was truly an expert. She was fast and made it as less painful as possible.

Her after advice was spot on. She used cream and saw me out in such a friendly way I will be sure to go back.

She was so knowledgable and answered all my questions about another treatment I am considering and I wouldn't think twice about going back and allowing her to do it!
