I have been there a few times and it has generally been ok. I would note the floors are filthy with old hair and detritus and no one seems particularly bothered. It’s just the lack of professionalism and care that bothers me. There are so few people in the salon but they can’t seem to manage more than one person at a time. Mistakes with my color followed by an expectation that I wait 30 minutes with sopping wet hair for the hairdresser to finish another client after have a nice long chin wag? Do you think he had the interest or professionalism to come over and let me know he was running late or ask if I was ok? Nope! There’s a general sense that no one cares. Expect mediocre service at best. There are better places to spend your money in tonbridge with better and more consistent (and hygienic) results.
