I have very tight curled hair that is hard to cut. Emily was the most technically experienced person I have had cut my hair. She took a lot of time to explain to me what she recommended and why. She was also teaching some new staff and I felt really relaxed with her, when normally I hate having my hair cut. She did a great cut, not too short, great shape and the curls still hang well straight away, rather than at my old hairdresser where it took 4 weeks for the curls to sit right again. Thanks Emily.
