I have a yearly hair cut because I have long hair and years before had bad experiences with hairdressers and how scissor happy they have got (NOT at William Charles) so I’m always nervous. Emily always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed and most of all she listens to how I would like my hair. Some how she was able to take off the split ends and do some long layers but still keep my length like I’m really not missing much hair at all I’m amazed. My daughter has also had her first ever hair cut with her and calls her a ‘hair dresser fairy’. So very happy😊
