I have been a client for years and have always been happy with my treatments. Recent Caci/RF treatments have been particularly good. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and they really know about the treatments.,
I've been a customer of Beautique salon in Sevenoaks for many years and use it mostly for manicures, though occasionally for massage and facials. The service is generally good but has declined of late. A manicure before Christmas left me with a bleeding cuticle, despite the fact that I had pointed out to the manicurist, who was new to me, that my cuticles were very hard and needed to be pushed back gently. A second, recent appointment with the same manicurist left me with soreness around the tips of most of my fingers as she had energetically filed me as if I was a piece of paintwork being sanded. This may be good for sales of Germolene but no one expects to go to a salon and come back in pain and discomfort. Part of the problem is that the owners of Beautique seem to be unable to hold on to staff. I know that turnover is high in this industry but all change virtually every three months is disconcerting for regular customers. If Beautique isn't very careful it won't be just the staff who are walking but customers as well. I shall give them one last chance.
