I received a lovely call from the receptionist, she asked how me and my family were, she then updated me with what’s happening with my missed appointment which was unexpected a lovely touch you don’t get from most places. I was informed I’m on a waiting list for my stylist and will be back in contact with any news. Thank you. Kelly
