Went for a gents haircut and paid £38.50... the cut lacked any technical ability. The stylist failed to blend the lengths leaving weird clumbs of hair around the ears. When I went to the salon to complain, I was met with weak apologies with blame being apportioned to me... apparently the stylist has worked there for ten years. I was refused a refund. Told I was aggressive. So I went to crayford raw (now split from raw, wonder why?!) and had it fixed for £10... it is no wonder the raw business is breaking up with this lack of professionalism and customer care. The owner told me the manager was left in tears, I would suggest there is clearly a competency issue at raw dartford. I would also state, a non refund policy in illegal under the supply of goods or services Act. Avoid if you value your hair.
