I only realized how much was chopped off my hair once I got home. To say I’m heartbroken is an understatement. I asked that only what needed to be taken off was taken off the length with some light shaping in the front. I’ve walked away with near on 10cm off the length (completely unnecessary as my hair was not that damaged) and the entire front of my hair layered…meaning near on 15-20cm gone at times!

I’m truly so upset. My Natalie’s is due in 2.5 weeks, and I look completely different. Plus, my hair is difficult! The shortest layer does not go into my pony tail or plat. So now I’ll have a four year old, newborn and recovering from major surgery…with difficult and irritating hair.

I’m sorry, but Fusion will not see us again.

The ladies have always been wonderful, but i did not get what I asked for…at a very fragile and important period in my life.

I’ve cried so many times and have just sobbed again trying to sort these stupid layers in the front.

Ive gone for a new short style and i love it, all ready for spring

Today I had my hair coloured by Debbie.
I have been trying to go grey "gracefully " but more recently I've been feeling a bit dull and needed some direction.
The time two of the stylists gave me trying to help me decide what to do, and how to achieve it, made me feel very confident to be in their hands.
The result was beautiful. Exactly what I wanted without knowing it.
Fusion is now my hairdressers of choice.

I have been going for years to this salon and I have always had a lovely haircut. The service is great, as they listen to my ideas and we discuss a hairstyle suited for my face. The staff is friendly and I always get a warm reception and they offer a drink. I love the online booking service as this makes it easy way to get an appointment. Fantastic salon.

Excellent cut! Debbie always does exactly as I ask, although I am probably not the easiest client! I find my hair difficult to style, but Debbie cuts and colours to give the best results. She has been my hairdresser since I moved to Hawkhurst nearly five years ago.

As always everyone was very friendly, I now have a great haircut and am very happy with the experience
