Everyone is so welcoming. I’ve been going to Shannon for just over a year now and I can’t fault her! She’s so friendly, and so good at what she does!

After bleaching my hair at home I was left with tangy ginger, blonde patchy hair. Sophie being amazing at what she does corrected my hair and made it a fabulous soft ashy blonde baylage. I couldn’t thank her enough! I’m no longer walking around with 3 different colour hair tones. If you need a blonde correction… Sophie is your girl!

I've been having my hair cut and coloured here with Llana for some time now. She always does and incredible job and it's the best my hair has ever looked. She has even managed to win over my 5 year old who has refused a haircut for 2 years before being convinced by Llana that it would be ok 😊. Everyone at the salon is really friendly and it's a pleasure to be there and chat for a few hours!

today i called up the hair lounge last minute to book an appointment for a pick me up and from the moment i walked into the salon i felt instantly welcomed and comfortable. From start to finish Shannon went above and beyond to make my experience as comfortable as possible and truly i can’t say thank you enough, i walked into the salon not feeling myself or confident and ive walked out feeling confident and with a smile on my face when i look in the mirror again. Once again i cant say thank you enough for the service and for how amazing my hair now feels, and i cant wait for my next appointment xx

I have been a regular here for a number of years with several different stylists and they all all awesome! There's a great friendly atmosphere, which makes me (a shy person who usually dislikes small talk!) feel comfortable and nothing seems like too much trouble, even I want something that seems like a challenge e..g. my recent Calico hair. Each time, I've left feeling really excited about my new hair. ☺️

The color selection was perfect — exactly what I wanted. They also left the workspace clean, which I really appreciated. I’m very happy with the result — everything looks fresh and beautiful now.
