I have been going to Toni &Guys for years and my hair has always looked great but my last full head high lights and cut I had has left my hair in an awful state.
After paying over £200 I wish I had left it how it was. My hair has just been a complete mess. All frissy and an embarrassment.
I have left it a time for the review asked of me because I’ve tried to see if it would improve but it hasn’t. I’m now trying another shampoo/conditioner.
Shame because I would always recommend this hairdressers. Not sure what’s gone wrong obviously I would imagine the mix up of the colour or similar???
