We love Megan and have been coming to Serene ever since my daughters were very little. I’m sorry to say that this will be our last visit, as for some reason, the price of a dry trim for a child (my daughter is 14) has jumped from £25 to £33. My daughter was barely in the seat for 10 minutes. I understand that the cost of products has risen, but no products were used on Betty’s hair, so I find an £8 price hike unjustifiable. Megan agreed for us to pay £25 today - I think this is fair as I was not informed before the haircut that prices had jumped up. Unfortunately we will be looking to go elsewhere for my daughters’ haircuts as I just cannot afford this large new price increase.

Our Child cuts prices go up to age 12 , we can offer you a different Stylist who is at a lower price tier as well as Meg is our Top Stylist
