I booked a spray tan 4 weeks in advance, they called the day before it was due and moved my appointment an hour earlier and then called again and said the machine had broken down and cancelled my appointment. I am so disappointed with this, as I have a special occasion to attend on Saturday and it is now too late to book a spray tan anywhere else.
