Failed to make an amendment to prior appointment, resulting leaving me pretty disappointed as going away on holiday with a hair that desperately needs colour!
Obviously some error typo from receptionist as had to wait more than two month to get a slot for colour/ cut etc to get there and find out only booked for a cut!
I WOULD have never accepted that on first place.
Bad service and follow up prior appointment.
Make sure you check All before going there!
