I very much appreciated my phone conversation beforehand with the very patient and thoughtful person on reception who dealt with my queries in a professional and engaging manner. As for the treatment I received, I cannot speak highly enough of that experience. I know from my past visits that I always have high expectations of Skin and Tonic all who work there. From the moment I walked in I felt in good hands. From the calming environment to the beautiful therapy room, I was totally relaxed. I had the signature tension zone massage with Olivia. Before we started, she asked whether I had any problem areas, what level of pressure I wanted and whether I wanted my scalp massaged. It was all very professional but friendly. I felt very comfortable throughout and the massage was so good I nodded off. I booked my next massage before I left. Thank you Olivia!

Love this salon, I booked my appointment online a couple of days before I visited, which works well for me. Greeted by friendly, caring staff as usual and treatment was carried out on time and to the high standard I have always received here. I could easily go to a salon a little closer to me than this one but over the years I have attended here (approx 20!) I have never felt the need to look elsewhere. I have always recommended this salon to friends and family and will continue to do so.
