I have just had a truly great experience at Rudhair. Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. It can be a bit of a daunting prospect going to a new salon but now I wish I'd done it a long time ago. Megan was brilliant, she understood exactly how to deal with my unruly hair with no fuss or bother at all. I felt completely comfortable with her suggestions and my hair looks lovely and feels so much better. Thank you so much everyone.

Jess did my colour today. She was very informative and told me what would suit me and what would not for which I was very grateful. Jess was very patient with me and very attentive.
Today I had a chat with Nanci beforehand about my hair and my concerns about recently starting ‘Chemotherapy’ and the Consultant stating that I may possibly have ‘hair thinning’.
But as always Nanci put my mind to rest and suggested a style that would suit me / look thicker at the back! Nanci also said that whatever happens she’ll be able to sort something out!! That was so reassuring and made me feel much better 😊 She continued to wash, cut / style my hair and I was very very happy with the result! Nanci is my hero - thank you so much ☺️ All the staff are very welcoming and smiley too!
1st time she’s done my roots, and she was brilliant! She’s always a pleasure to have wash and dry my hair, she understands its texture, She subbed for Jess, and from the result wouldn’t know the difference from her or Meg.

She did my roots and added some tonal colour which complimented the colour already in my hair. Lovely treatment, lovely colours and a radical difference in the before and after!

Nanci is always cheerful and ready / willing to do my hair! After a relaxing hair wash / head massage I sat down in the chair and we chatted / discussed the condition of my hair to which she gave me some good information. Then after a wonderful relaxing hair style I left the salon feeling so happy!

I took my teen daughter in for a haircut. She is always anxious with new experiences but Jess was so kind and lovely and made her feel comfortable and special. Her hair looked incredible afterwards and she has told me this is the only place and Jess is the only person she wants to see from now on.
