Today I had my colour done and now feel like a 25year old. As always I received a warm welcome and a cup of coffee to my requirements and my jacket was taken and I was given a comfortable seat to wait for Aeron to start. In the meantime I enjoyed the banter and happy chat going on around me. Today I noticed various items on sale which I hadn’t seen previously, and when I questioned a stylist about them I was given very detailed information and shown the results of using them regularly. I was impressed by the fact that not only did all the staff know and understand about these products, but there was no pressure or sales talk, I was simply informed and shown the fantastic results which were speaking volumes. I left after my appointment having made my next one and all was well with the world!

Atmosphere is always brilliant. Buzzing but warm & welcoming. Never any rushing, no conveyer belt cuts.. takes the time needed, with unhurried attention

I needed my highlights redone so I walked in to a happy chatty salon and was welcomed by everyone including the other clients. I was immediately welcomed into the various conversations, but excused myself as I felt like having a quiet afternoon, so I was brought a beautiful cup of tea and started to relax which is all part of the charm of this salon! It goes without saying that my hair looked absolutely stunning when I left and I ended up chatting to everyone. Feeling fabulous and glamorous with my next appointment booked !

Excellent from start to finish and very accommodating indeed.

Went to this salon today because I have been in the area for a couple of months and my hair was a brassy mess. Aaron has a brilliant sense of humour and took real care with my hair getting the colour perfect. He spoke to my hairdresser at home but tweaked the colour options she uses. He is a very talented colourist and my hair looks so natural now and the colour is great. He also cut my hair and it is one of the best cuts I’ve ever had!!! My sister said that when I get home it would be worth me driving 2 hours every six weeks to see Aaron again because it looks so good.

Thank you for such a great experience and looking after me so well when I have been having a stressful time.

The sign of a great hairdresser is that they work with your hair and its idiosyncrasies such that you at home can handle and make the most of your own look and hair. Aeron is a Master at that. A sign of a great salon are the personal conversations that start quietly between stylist and client then spill over between clients. Bec and Bon beautifully models that. Psychological safety in a beauty salon is precious. Thank you Aeron and Zoe and Roxanne for creating that environment and working magic with my hair!

I was lucky enough to get an appointment just before Christmas and it was going to be a long one as my colour needed refreshing and I was feeling my age! I arrived at the busy salon to be greeted like a long lost friend. My coat was taken from me, I was offered a seat (as I was half an hour early ) and a cup of coffee and chocolates were handed to me as soon as I’d taken a seat. The amazing happy atmosphere is what hit me most, and I felt compelled to join in the fun and light-hearted conversation. Aeron was his usual charming self and both coloured and cut my hair to perfection. He dealt with the problems I had been having and when my appointment was finished, not only was I given a 10% discount card (which thrilled me) but walked out feeling like a 25year old. Thankyou Bec & Bon you have never disappointed !!!
