Stylist is great and got my colour spot on last time. Unfortunately, on this occasion the colour of the highlights is not what I asked. I showed her a photo of the colour I wanted and kept on saying I want to be platinum. The colour is not great and is so dull that I’m hating it.
My colour on my hair before the service which cost me just under £200, was better than what I’ve now got.
