I had such a fantastic experience with Michelle at Urban Roots today – I honestly can’t recommend her enough. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome and completely at ease. She's an absolutely lovely person with a real gift for making people feel good, not just about their hair but about themselves too. You can see how passionate she is about what she does, and it really shines through in her talent and attention to detail. I left feeling amazing – Michelle is a real gem! She will definitely be "my" hairdresser from now on.
