Had to wear my coat which I couldn’t do on Wednesday when I had my hair done. Just had to sit there freezing. Impossible to enjoy the experience! Very pleased that Jade came in today to do me although wound have appreciated notification on Thursday that she was unwell which would have saved me a journey and £3.45 in the car park
