I go every week and find the reception. very friendly and efficient. The stylists are all very proficient and the colour team are very professional and helpful with personal advice. Would highly recommend this Salon

Elise cut my hair for the first time and she was absolutely perfect thank you so much

First time I visited I was very pleased, I rang up on the day and booked a blow dry and had Elise who was great and did a good job.
She told me about the half price olaplex treatment on a Friday, hence I booked in there and then as I was so pleased.
Visited today and was really disappointed.
Upon arrival I was told my appointment was made for 9am not 9.30am- which is absolutely impossible as I would never of agreed to this because I have the nursery run at 9am- so why on earth would I say yes to this.
Then was stared at by around 6 members of staff and then looking very confused at me. Seemed really disappointing and was told then I’d have then I’d have to fit in with them and have whoever. When I had previously booked in for 9.30 at the shop. Made me feel like I wasn’t wanted and had turned up unannounced?

Previously had booked Elise and was told I was going to have her again now I wasn’t allowed to have her as I had to fit in with whoever was available.
Treatment wash and blow dry was fine, nice and relaxing. Shampoo girls seemed very friendly.

Upon departure I was told the olaplex treatment would be full price but I had to insist I was previously told this was half price on a Friday.
Again no one seemed to know anything about this - I felt £68 was extremely excessive for a short blow dry and olaplex.

Finally agreed I could have half price offer.
Just feel disappointed felt like they didn’t really want to do my hair. Would have liked to of returned but feel very silly turning up.

Keira was super amazing! She gave me exactly what I was looking for! Gorgeous salon, will be returning

I had my treatment done with Elise and I couldn’t be more pleased. Her customer service was unmatched and she really made sure to explain every process of the way . I couldn’t be more happy with how my hair turned out as I really struggled with my frizz but she worked her magic !

I visited the salon for the first time recently. I had a brilliant high-quality experience. All the team are so friendly and professional. Lauren did a fantastic job with my foils. Really enjoy coming to this salon as the staff make me feel very welcome and offer tea and biscuits on a tray! My stylist took the time to explain exactly what colour tint was best for my hair without the need for more highlights. Overall very happy and definitejy recommend!

Elise is an amazing stylist and cuts my hair well. I never leave feeling disappointed. She’s able to understand what I’m looking for and communicates each step. I trust her judgment!
