This is a good salon but not as good as the prices they charge. The attentiveness of the staff is hit and miss. The staff at the washbasins don’t pay attention and often chat away to each other not noticing when they are being too rough and hurting the customer. Some staff don’t listen to what you want done. It’s not a relaxing salon to go to. Having said that some of the staff are very friendly and skilled at what they are doing but the environment and the lack of care by the staff at the wash basins let them down.
