I was really excited to get my hair cut having not visited a salon for over a year.
I left feeling disappointed by the experience- I have never had such a quick hair cut in all my life
I wasn’t offered a coffee or even water after my hair was washed (at speed)
My haircut was average - over layered, having a expressed that I wanted it shorter at the front it was feathered (vs having a conversation in terms of what I meant, I didn’t mean that), the hairdresser asked me how I wanted it finished by telling me that a straight finish would help me see the cut better (I didn’t feel I could ask for anything else, she clearly wanted to blow dry it straight).
She made little to no effort to talk to me

I can understand why you only charge £41 for a cut and blow, due to the level of service.
My appt was at 2pm and I was home by 245pm!!!
There was no atmosphere, I was told everyone was at a summer festival..
