Courtney was great but this salon isn’t set up for manis/pedis and as I booked late, I was allocated a brightly lit closet. Not really the relaxing Saturday morning experience I was looking for. They apologised and gave me a small facial cleanser to try and make up for it, but I would have preferred that they just told me on the phone the situation.

My toes and nails are now all scuffed from not being allocated the right amount of drying time, I’m out £60 and it wasn’t relaxing so very unlikely I’ll be back.
