Hi Barbara we are really sorry to hear about your disappointing experience today, which is very unusual for us.
We completely understand your frustration. It sounds like there were several issues with your treatment, from being left alone while the colour was developing to the results not meeting your expectations. This isn't up to our usual standard.
Regarding the price increase there was a banner on our website and booking portal which did state there was a price increase, we did also have social media posts and posters in the salon.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention we will look at other ways to let our clients know about price increases.
