Dear Margaret, thank you for the feedback and I know thay Hayley had a discussion with you about these points last week. It is also good to note that as a regular customer, you have re-booked with Tia. The points you raise are difficult points to specifically comment on as some customers like to have a 'silent' appointment and others like the engagement but we note your comments. I would add that please make your requirements known to the stylist as this does help direct the service and indeed opens up the engagement. Regarding the atmosphere, again this is a very subjective point. We are a very busy salon and this, along with the multiple conversations underway at any one time, plus music normally provides more than enough atmosphere and again, we try to ensure that the visit is relaxing and not too intrusive. We have passed on your comments for next time.
