I had booked for Keely. Keely made my appt when I left my last appt. However when I arrived today I was told I had a different stylist as Keely busy. I was not happy. I was told problem due to system failure. This is simply not good enough. I was happy with Becca and felt sorry for her that I was annoyed with situation. I simply do not know if I will return to WISPERS again
