Relaxing environment.
All the ladies seemed a nice friendly team working well together
Had a hair wash, cut, blow dried and straightened
Offered a coffee, only negative it was a standard instant, would have preferred a choice even if it was a sachet cappuccino
Overall a nice experience and would go again
