Having booked an appointment by phone for a £52 each cut for 2 people I was contacted 5 days later to be told that my stylist, Jodie, was unavailable and that there was NOBODY in that day who could cut the hair at that price. For an a day almost 3 weeks ahead ?? Really ?? ? So much for customer service. I smell more of a cheap sales tactic. Particularly when the website allows 'any stylist' to be available to cut at that price, just that you can't pick a particular one. The correct response is to honour your original price on the day not force the customer to change/trade up. I usually use T&G in another location and will be taking my business and that of my partner elsewhere. Very poor service.
