Hi, I received this, however I went to the Winchester salon, not Southampton on 8 July but there was an error on the booking system at Winchester. So all a bit disappointing.

The Winchester stylist could not be more helpful though and switched her clients around to fit me in.

After my visit, I then was texted and asked for feedback for the Southea salon on the he same dayand thanked for my visit!

All a bit odd really. Clearly something went wrong on the T&G end!
