Hi ***** I came to your Salon Thursday 28th October 2021 9am. I had previously popped into the Salon and showed the first photo of how I would like my hair for my Step sons Wedding. I showed the photo again a couple of time whist you were putting my hair up. After an hour and 15 mins I had to ask to be shown the back of my hair before I paid and left the salon. I was a bit confused and couldn't see at the quick glance how my hair looked. Once I got home my husband took these two photos of my hair up! I can't tell you how disappointed I was at the disparity between the two photos and that it cost me £30. Luckily I was able to have my hair rearranged by the Brides hairdresser which again cost me more money. However I was really pleased with the outcome. A good resolution for me would be a refund of the cost. Given how important the day was and the unsuitably of the hairstyle, I feel this would be the appropriate recompense for the inconvenience and cost. I await your reply. Janet Stevens
