I saw Christian today, this was my first visit to the salon and I needed a new look to make me feel better in myself, and he did not disappoint! He listened and somehow transformed my vision into reality and I couldn’t be happier!

I always have a fabulous haircut, and salon quality finish after styling whenever I visit Arcana in Southampton. Bev does a great job of neatening the lengths and layers, as well as creating some shaping at the front too.

This was the best hair experience I’ve ever had. I got exactly what I wanted and was advised really well on how to maintain. The staff are so so helpful, welcoming and friendly. Lovely refreshments too

I had my highlights redone here recently and Arthur and Lily are just the loveliest, most funny people I’ve had do my hair - obviously great at what they do, I love my new hair. Defo recommend!

This was my second time here and it was a great experience! Lovely receptionist, who fitted me in due to a cancellation, was offered a prosecco or Buck’s Fizz which is a great touch. Cristian coloured my hair and he did a fantastic job, he had a great flair and my head wash and treatments were amazing. Well done!

Have been a customer of Arcana for nearly 20 years and have always left feeling beyond happy with both the result and the relaxed, friendly atmosphere of the salon. Fantastic colour by Carla as always and a beautiful cut from Beverley. They always listen to iwhat you have in mind and offer advice to what they think will work too.

This week Beverly created a much needed restyle, left feeling super happy with my hair!

Had a colour done at my last appointment with Arnold - again absolutely perfect - a different colour to the usual same old and in between wash & blow dry with Arthur who manages without fail to ensure my hair looks great, even if it was slightly too long.

A lovely guy called Christopher with such talent and done an amazing job with my highlights thank you.

Every step of my last visit scored 10 out of 10.
