Had a colour done at my last appointment with Arnold - again absolutely perfect - a different colour to the usual same old and in between wash & blow dry with Arthur who manages without fail to ensure my hair looks great, even if it was slightly too long.

A lovely guy called Christopher with such talent and done an amazing job with my highlights thank you.

Every step of my last visit scored 10 out of 10.

It is a tad expensive for just a cut at Arcana, but I followed Elle from her previous salon, as I felt comfortable with her. My previous hairdresser had been cutting my hair for over 30yrs, until she sadly passed away at the beginning of 2019.

Arcana is a very lovely hairdressers. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the place is very clean and tidy. I enjoy having my hair cut here very much.

As always, Arcana provide a wonderful place to wind down and focus on hair aesthetics. I left feeling relaxed and happy! Laura does a great job at interpreting my wishes and providing guidance and advice so that my hair ends up looking and feeling great.

I've had haircut today, after ages. My hairs are pretty long and really don't want to cut more of the length... Elle, she did the exact haircut and styling I wanted...she gave me genuine, useful suggestions through out my haircut session. She's very professional, friendly, polite, and smart.

For my first experience there, it was good, everyone was welcoming and polite especially the lady who did my hair.
The haircut was just what I wanted, nothing experimental just some layers and a couple inches off my hair. I definitely felt different after the appointment.
I will definitely book again, it's a good price for the experience.

Went for a prom half up style and not only was it not curled enough but dropped out after 2 hours. Hairstyle never made it to prom. Very expensive £47.

I had a lovely time, treated really well by all the staff and my hairdresser Elle. I’m not used to going to the hairdressers too so thank you ☺️
