Staff are always very knowledgeable about the products they both utilise and are selling in the salon. Staff can give advice as to what products are suitable for clients due to keeping their training up to date. Staff are highly qualified and there is regular training with new products and new treatments too.

Alex has done a good job on my neck l can move it now with no stiffness going to Alex has been really good and explains about every thing

The wonderful Alex is so caring and compassionate. She treated me while my mum was dying and I felt really looked after. The massages are relaxing and so beneficial I would highly recommend.

Wonderful facial given by Bella. She is very gentle, thorough and professional. The great products are by comfort zone. The hour was very relaxing and the spa setting is perfect. It as very relaxing and I slept very Well afterwards. Will do that more often

This treatment really helps my damaged nails from removing the gel polish myself and generally bad nails.. Bella is an excellent therapist. Takes her time and expertise to get them looking so presentable and ridge free looking for me to enjoy. She's a very warm and friendly therapist and I enjoy my revisits with her. Highly recommend.

I felt cared for from start to finish. Serena ensured I was comfortable and talked me through the treatments. Her skill, professionalism and care is amazing. I have not had a better experience in a salon and left feeling like a new person, glowing, relaxed and looking forward to the next time.

Today I had a deep tissue back massage, I drive lorries for a living so my shoulders take a bit of abuse, they were very tight with a knot in each roughly in the same place on each shoulder, Serena worked her magic and I came out of the massage feeling 100 % better, my shoulders now are pain free and i have full mobility again, i can't recommend this salon highly enough for all your needs, I am always well looked after by whoever I am seeing, I have already booked my next massage appointment, I suggest you do the same you will not be disappointed.

Really happy with my nails after Bellas magic on them. They are in terrible condition from me picking off the gel polish but Bella gets them looking the best they can. Very happy with the result. And I love the salon 😍

I go to Transitions regularly for my manicures My nails always look great and my cuticle problems have cleared up completely with regular use of the products Bella advised me to use.
