I should have asked how much an eyebrow wax was before I turned up for the appointment. It was way overpriced. I couldn’t see properly after the wax, if I had I would have got her to get the ones she missed. Instead I had to do it when I got home. The girl was lovely tho. But I will not be using this service again. When I can get it at a fraction of a cost elsewhere and get a great service

Unfortunately, the brow wax on its own is more expensive vs multiple treatments in the same booking due to the minimum booking allocation, room set up and consultation time so had you booked multiple treatments as a package ie brow shape and shape our pricing is more comparable as it costs more to service a brow wax than a brow shape & tint. Based on our understanding you booked at last minute as your usual less expensive therapist “had let you down last minute” and you had found us via our website. Our pricing is displayed on our website pricelist and in the confirmation email that I can confirm was sent to you at the time of booking, so we were surprised when you questioned the price at the desk after the treatment had been carried. Please note that our pricing reflects the cost of delivering the treatment in our quality of business & enables us to attract and retain staff by offering a wage reflective of their skill & qualifications. We cannot comment on what other therapists choose to charge as their income goals, products & business set up may be different to ours. Unlike smaller single therapist businesses, we are a VAT registered business so will automatically 20% more expensive.
Please remember that despite you arriving 10 mins late to your 20 mins appointment, the therapist still managed to carry out your treatment without rushing. As you agree you were given opportunity to review your brows in the mirror at the end of the treatment in the room and the therapist checked that they were completed to your satisfaction to which you responded yes. To date we have not been contacted regarding any issue with the brows once you had left the salon or even provided evidence that there was an issue, so we are unable to comment on your treatment result. However, the therapist that you were booked with is a brow enthusiast and I feel confident she would not have intentionally left you with remaining hairs unless there had been a miscommunication on the desired shape. Had you contacted us direct we could have reviewed and happily adjusted your brow shape to your satisfaction however our pricing is what it is for us to be viable as a business and we accept that we are not the business for everyone.
