I wish I had been told that what I wanted wasn't achievable rather than having the hairdresser confidently say that she could give me the look I was going for. I was only shown a small strip of the hair color applied to my newly bleached hair, and that was my grounds for accepting it. However, I came out with a very patchy result and colors that I had definitely not agreed to, If I had seen the color mesh she had mixed in the bowl I think she knows I would have declined it. I'm also not happy having paid 15£ extra for a hair treatment that was in for less than 3min, only to have my hair damaged further by having it pulled at whilst being blowdried with no heat protection (I said yes to having it "styled" cos I assumed this would be used, and stopped it when I realized it wasn't) I also found out that I had obtained a huge bleach stain on the back of the shirt I was wearing after I got home. The amount of hair color remover and hair mending products I had to spend money on has been more expensive than the visit to your salon, and it is still ongoing. Really disappointing experience and not a place I will recommend or come back to myself.
