Unfortunately as we don’t pay for this service we cannot respond to individuals ... first you complained about still seeing roots... you had Highlights and it was explained that not every single strand would be covered and you said you didn’t want a regrowth tint. Yes you came back and we agreed to go over the areas for free .... you never said it was your birthday.... and it wasn’t booked as a birthday treat. You said and I quote ..” don’t completely dry my hair as it is curly and it frizzes ....so the stylist partly dried your hair ...I’m sorry if you was unhappy with your experience I feel there was slight miss communication!! We Do not make a habit of letting people leave the salon with dripping wet hair .
