I went last Friday for a colour consultation with Damien. I was informed that the test hair that was given would be done on the Saturday and I would receive feedback about whether the colour change could be done an alternate options if it couldn’t.

I had not heard anything by Monday and so I called in and was informed I would receive a call back by the end of the day. Still nothing and it's Wednesday. nearly a week!

Considering this would have been an expensive treatment, I have to admit that I am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of contact and service.

It’s very poor and I would not look to use Headromance moving forward
