I have been using this salon for years and often I was overcharged due to mix up's with their booking system and staff not knowing how to use it. I got fed up and didn't return for 4 years. Thought I'd try again and things would have improved. Unfortunately it happened again today!! The stylist tried to charge me more for curling my daughters hair (apparently it was booked in for an adult cut because she has long hair, I had made the booking whilst in the salon clearly stating it was for a child) we were not informed of the additonal curling cost nor is it on the website nor did she want it curled. Being 11 she was too shy to comment. My daughter isnt happy with the cut because the shaping around the face isnt even. Appalling customer service and I will not be returning.
