I had the lovely Damien who gave me a quick consultation, I knew what I wanted, he washed my hair and did my treatment the water was cold as had ran out, but not unbearable, my stylist was very friendly chatty and polite I had a nice coffee and biscuits, the salon was clean and stylish and I'm very pleased with my hair would recommend
