Straight forward process. Clean, tidy and quick. After care provided and earrings part of the service so definitely value for money and I would recommend it.

It’s always welcoming to to be introduced, however I had to ask Laura her name.
She also put her hair up in front of me. I feel that this should be part of the prep. That said she did wash hers hands so hygiene was good .
