Tess, at the Chandlers Ford branch, is always extremely, kind, courteous and understanding of my requirements. She is also aware of some of my many medical issues and works to ensure I remain comfortable throughout my appointment. I’ve been having my hair done with Anita for about 20 years she knows my hair I’m so privileged to say she my hairdresser. So knowledgable about hair. She’s a treasure
