I was nervous haven’t visited a salon in a while Hannah was brilliant. She listened to me was really positive, had great ideas and enthusiasm. At work today I’ve never had so many compliments! Thank you Hannah you made me feel so much better

Asked for a loose / wavy perm with example videos and got given a tight perm which looks like noodles instead of the desired loose texture

There is always a warm welcome waiting for everyone who enters, the stylists are friendly and extremely talented. I always return to Laura who knows my hair and somehow manages to make it look presentable! I would never consider going anywhere else.

Fantastic first visit. Everything I wanted and great advice for moving forward with my hairstyle.

It was my little girls first hair cut. It was over in literally 5 mins and felt it was slightly rushed. It’s a first and was disappointed with the experience. We won’t be returning I’m afraid.
