Staff are always friendly and chatty. Not kept waiting and always consulted before hair is washed on what you want done with your hair ,in a relaxed atmosphere .you are never rushed ,and always told all the way through your hair cut what is being done and what is going to happen next .You are offered a drink ,which is nice,as you have a choice .There are magazines to read ,and if you are unsure what to have done the staff will show you on the laptop different styles and discuss with you ideas . A very good experience ,although a little pricey ,you are offered incentives though ,with a free haircut after you have had so many yourself ,and if you introduce a friend .the main thing is though THEY LISTEN AND DO WHAT YOU WANT NOT WHAT THEY WANT TO DO !!!!!
