The staff in the Stockport branch are fantastic, starting with reception, through the juniors to my stylist Lucy. They are always more than welcoming & friendly, going out of their way to make me feel a valued customer, although I only visit every 8-12 weeks.
I always have a short consultation at the start of my appointment, so I'm certain that my hair will be done as I wish.
Donna is always smiling & nothing appears to change her demeanour & Lucy is the same, very friendly & chatty, but bit both of them at the same time efficient & very good at their respective jobs.
