On arrival I was greeted by my stylist we went to my chair and discussed my colour and style Iwas asked if I wanted a beverage by Mason a new Saturday help. Who also shampooed my hair, he gave me a lovely head massage whilst shampooing/conditioning my har . Mason had impeccable manners . As always the staff were friendly and welcoming too..
