My regular 7 weekly appointment was as ever wonderful. A treat I give myself it is always a delightful experience. Always a friendly welcome by whoever on desk, Sam my colour technician always checks in with how satisfied I have been with my last colour and reviews the condition of my hair before chatting about how to go forward with myccolur on this visit and future possibilities. Sam is knowledgeable and gives a thorough professional/personal opinion to any queries I have. Whilst working on my hair Sam is conversational, friendly yet still professional. If I am lucky enough for him to wash my hair too he is simply the best! The apprentice hairdressers who attend to my refreshments on my visits and who usually are hands on are all, in my experience , enthusiastic polite and friendly to customers and also make the ‘hands on’ hairwashing and treatment part of my visit a theraputic and relaxing experience. Franca my stylist as ever friendly, interested in sharing conversations subjectively and personally about myself and herself and always makes me look and. feel very glamorous with her styling techniques. I love the whole experience💝

Aimee has worked well with my colour for over 6 months now, Aimee is very knowledgable and with her attention to detail has given me the very consistent and natural look that I strived for.
In addition Kevin provides me with a fantastic cut that allows me to manage my own hair between appointments.

What a lovely experience it was , the salon is lovely , modern exceptionally clean ,with a lovely warm friendly atmosphere, although it was busy, there wasn't any waiting, Olivia was a lovely young lady, and made me feel very welcome, and confident, from the hair wash to the finishing touches it was perfect! I'm very happy with my new hair style, it was a real treat , and a pleasure, thank you 😊, I'd recommend anyone to try Olivia for there next salon visit ,

What an amazing salon this is. I was booked in for the usual t section colour and a trim but had changed my mind and wanted a total make over. Kevin ( the stylist) and Samuel (colour technician) totally rescheduled their diary to accommodate me, and the results are amazing.
