Visited this salon for months (and was never 100% happy with my hair and was unable to have my hair up or half up for months) but the last visit I received awful treatment on my hair. This was when they had no other clients and had more than enough time to work on it.

My hair was over processed, badly cut (loads of split ends), I was given really poor highlights with jagged roots (some over an inch in length), I was also charged for a whole head but the back of my head was still left black (my hair was over processed at the front so it was black against really light blocky blonde) and the toner was left on for barely any time so it was patchy yellow and blonde (felt my hair rip as it was applied) and I was also charged for months for blow drys (which I never received). I questioned this on my second to last visit and I don’t know if this annoyed them, but either way there is no excuse for leaving my hair in such awful condition.

I was given the chance to go back and get this fixed however I was left so uncomfortable I asked for a refund (this only covered my last visit and didn’t cover the blow drys I didn’t receive for months). Since getting a refund I have been to two consultations elsewhere and I have been told my hair is in such bad condition they wouldn’t redo my highlights and it would cost me £100’s getting treatments applied.

I would advise people do not go to this salon and if you do, question the bill.
