Dylan was thoughtful about my new style as it was my first visit and first undercut. Reception/hair washer was polite and friendly, offering beverages after taking my coat. Dylan took his time cutting my hair but seemingly finished in record time. I was comfortable and relaxed throughout a soft warm gently blow dry, not the usual hot and rushed experience I've had with past hairdressers. Altogether a delightful experience leaving me immensely happy with my new doo!! Looking forward to my follow up appointments. ?
