It was the worst experience ever, I felt overwhelmed from the start by ***** making sarcastic remarks about my hair being too long , too much hair, too frizzy and on top of that , half way through the drying treatment, which is the most important part to seal the oils to the hair , she pulled away the stylist to cut the hair of another client and replaced him with a trainee! The poor girl didn’t know what to do.
Ii can’t believe that I booked and prepared to pay over £100 for this treatment and I ended up with a trainee doing the most important part of the job.
I just walked out with my hair in a terrible mess not-even half done !
My hair now feels terrible so greasy. I spent hours trying to dry myself! What a horrible experience, I was so looking forward to having my hair done , for me going to a hair dresser is like a therapy but instead it was a terrible nightmare and instead of having the 72 treatment to improve my hair , my hair is now dull , greasy , and I don’t know what to do to make it look half decent.
