I've always used T&G and never thought anything but positive things. However, over the last couple of visits it hasn't been great but I've tried to chalked it down to one-offs. Unfortunately that is to be, my latest visit has helped me make up my mind that I'll definitely be looking to go elsewhere. The shampoo service was poor with water going everywhere - surely this isn't too much of an ask at a hair dressers! I'm also not impressed with the feathered style the stylist has decided to cut my hair in.
