I had full head of colour-I specifically said no treatments I discussed final cost at beginning of appointment.Was then over charged £70,they said they had put iin hair treatments,whe I asked as they were doing it they said it was just standard conditioner.I SPECIFICALLY said no treatments or add ons.I was conned and duped,they lied and then gaslighted me,all in cost should have been £70 cheaper.I normally go to Daniel Galvin so its not the money its the principal. A very angry rude abusive older Irish lady as manageress was beligerent and complicit. Never go here save your money and take it somewhere where they show honesty, respect and good business practise. This is the first review Ive ever written because I was so apauled at the abusive nature of staff.
